I went to Prague for a week's holiday with Sally, Anna & Heather in 2007. As a family we had not undertaken holidays involving flying, since I felt that the environmental impact of package holiday flights was not morally justifiable. Relenting on this occasion, we had a wonderful week in a 'City Apartment' - being picked up from the airport, whisked first to an office for a quick bit of paperwork, thence to a third floor comfortable apartment overlooking the main tram station (and a Tesco store!...), in the old city.
During the week I did a few crayon drawings, reproduced below.
Prague - Old Town Square
Prague - monastery
Crayon drawing - the houses in old Prague are very beautiful
Self portrait in Prague apartment
Crayon drawing - we stayed in a 'city apartment' just above the central tram station, by a Tescos [!].
Prague - the chocolate shop
Crayon drawing - this was an amazing shop to visit: all chocolate!
