I had visited Durham once before Anna went there to study PPE, on one of the annual motorbike outings with Richard Hall. Richard spent years here both as an undergraduate and after to gain his doctorate. The city is beautiful and I have responded to my love of the place by producing several pictures, of which these four paper/card cuts are amongst my favourites. I am planning another five or six....
